The platform monitors all courts in the country daily and automatically detects new cases linked to previously registered company names. With no human intervention, it identifies related filings, downloads case records from multiple courts and automatically creates each case inside the platform.

We download court documents daily in the background and structure them automatically (OCR on scanned docs, seal and folio detection, indexing, document normalization and semantic processing).

We build this because we believe corporate legal work should be solved in a single tool —not in five— and because current AI models finally allow us to automate the documentary comprehension that was the structural bottleneck of the legal area, without sacrificing traceability or professional judgment.

Our vision: that in three years any Argentine in-house legal area that professionalizes chooses Legal Map as its default management platform. Patrick Summers founded Legal Map after personally experiencing the real cost of complex litigation: a probate case that lasted seven years, accumulated more than 1,200 filings and hundreds of judicial documents with thousands of pages.

To understand what was happening, he had to dedicate countless hours to reading, organizing and manually reconstructing the case file. Only when he managed to consolidate all the information into an executive summary — with a case map, critical evidence and a probabilistic ruling estimate — did the true problem become clear: an enormous amount of highly qualified professional time was being consumed simply in understanding the case file, even before strategic decisions could be made.

Legal Map was initially built as an internal tool to solve that problem. But soon other litigators, law firms and corporate legal teams began requesting access to the same capability: transforming thousands of judicial pages into actionable, traceable and strategically useful analysis in minutes, not weeks.
